It was delicious!Okayama's oysters were from the beginning of the year and started later than others, and the oysters were from Hiroshima (visited in early November). Cook and eat 7 large oysters sandwiched between okonomiyaki.You can also bake okonomiyaki and eat it at the best timing and condition, so it's not bad!(The clerk who wrote the complaint was probably unlucky.)We are satisfied with eating oysters without going to Nissei-cho.

Looked for a good place to eat, and now can confirm the other reviews. English menu was simple and described what you got. For example: vegetable pancake - only vegetables.This pleased the vegetarian. Happy and vibrant and used by locals. No English sign outside, no website either, look for the hotplates through the door. Google led me to it.

Nice staff with awesome okonomiyaki! I love this place a lot. Very cozy and clean, reasonable price. Tastes are excellent and I’m so impressed with kind staff. This restaurant also has English/Korean menu that is perfect for tourists as well.

Delicious

Small place, maybe 15 seats. Decent okonomyaki at decent prices. Quite a few different styles to choose from, including ramen and udon okonomiyaki variants. Staff was friendly and cooked the okonomiyaki right in front on the hotplate embedded in the dinner table. Interesting experience if you've never seen the process before. Definitely recommend a visit.

A fantastic small restaurant near Okayama Station. If you go and there is a line...is worth to wait..it is an amazing restaurant.No thrills but only the best okoyonamaki you will ever have. The seafood is as fresh as it can get...the preparation is to perfection therefore the end result is incredible.The staff is super friendly and try to understand your needs as much as they can. We felt welcomed from the first minute we arrived.The restaurant is full of locals, that should say something about the place...even in Japanese while waiting they told us it was worth the wait.We will return before leaving Okayama

Tomo Wakamo came in 2nd place and revised; MODEN kamon yaki (1370 / first place). Really good-tasting, tired. You can choose crow dragon or some roast. High CP value. (Moden baked good statue Osaka baked Japanese roast 麵 麵 做 菜 的).Okonomiyaki restaurant near Okayama station. It is very delicious. The amount is large and it is quite full. It seems to be a popular shop for both tourists and locals.

Very nice place! We had Modanyaki and some sautéed mushrooms with it! One with Udon and one with normal noodles! Everything was excellent! When we are in Okayama again we will come back!

This place is amazing. Teppan plate at each table so your food is cooked right in front of you. I had a delicious and HUGE serving beef okonomiyaki with noodles and cheese for ¥900. English menu was a bonus and the staff are great. I wish I had more time in Okayama to go again!!

We went for the mixed (beef, pork, seafood) okonomiyaki and seafood yaki-soba - both were extremely tasty and super affordable! Staff were accommodating and provided us with an English menu. A hidden gem close to Okayama Station perfect for lunch. A must visit restaurant when you make the trip to Okayama :)

Visited the year 5/2.Okayama specialty hormone udon, this store specialty Chuhai banana and Chuhai aloe squeezed.It is also fun to talk with good sisters of Nori.I want to come again.I have not made a phone reservation. It became full soon.

Was first a bit apprehensive of this restaurant. The high score and the high number of reviews compared to the other restaurants had me worried. However, this restaurant is legit. If you've tried okonomiyaki before, you know what to expect. The different varieties are great and the staff are friendly and knows English. If it's your first time trying okonomiyaki they will prepare it for you as well.

Okonomiyaki is delicious, but I personally like the Hiroshima style. The beer mug is well chilled and the Yebisu is delicious.

This is Osaka style pancake, not Hiroshima. We had it with oysters and it was great.

So far this shop is No. 1 in successive Okonomiyaki store.What I want you to order by any means is Hanamon-yaki, which is also the name of the store. Awesome place for dinner in Okayama. The staff were super friendly and were jovial when language was a tiny barrier. They had an English menu and the food was incredible - cooked before your eyes! The only issue was that it is very inconspicuous with no pictures. Make sure you look through the photos to see what the shopfront looks like.
